If you want someone else to constantly update your site, this is not the right fit.
However, if you want a beautiful, modern design that guards against malware and hacking is updated regularly with back-ups taken monthly, on premium hosting (fast, reliable, secure), with REAL tech support available if something happens, then we are totally right for you!
Not for the first 12 months, but after 12 months, we will happily package your site up and pass it to you so you can move it wherever you’d like. We do not move the site for you.
Once the site has been moved, we are no longer involved unless a new contract is created.
The $62.50+HST monthly maintenance is only valid under our own hosting provider.
Security against malware attacks and hacks is critical to small businesses. According to Symantec’s 2015 Internet report, 3 out of 5 attacks are against small business websites.
We have a 15-point checklist/setup process that we go through to guard against malware and hacks as best we can.
Remember, for the first 12 months (at least) you are actually on OUR host so we DEFINITELY do not want you to catch anything – cause that badness spreads! Very few designers worry about this since they do not host your site as well.
Plus, we use a premium host who has additional security measures to help guard against malware and hacks.
We also pull a monthly back-up of your complete site. So, in the unlikely event that something does happen, we always have a fairly current version that we can clean it out and re-install it quickly.
SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and it ensures that all data that is passed between the web browsers and servers is encrypted and stays private.
It changes your domain from http://domainname.com to https://domainname.com. Which also gives you a little green lock symbol in the browser address bar.
Google Chrome now alerts visitors to a website if the site does NOT have SSL by adding “Not Secure” to the address bar in red font.
Google also ranks sites with SSL higher than sites without.
Brand in A Snap includes 6 web pages or blog posts (this does not include copywriting). However, if you need additional pages we can add more at a cost of $375.00+HST per page/section.
Two weeks. One week for preparation and one week for design.

After 12 months, yes!
We operate much like buying a new car with financing. You submit a down payment and then make monthly instalments until the website is paid off. That will be after 12 monthly payments of $197.00+HST.
However, you can stay with us (and own the site) after the first 12 months for $62.50+HST a month and we will continue to host, maintain the back-end, and make all security updates.
We use WordPress to develop all of our project on Brand In A Snap. It is the #1 website platform in the world with over 28% of website using this platform (the next most used is Drupal at 6%). It is highly versatile, easy to manage yourself, and allows never-ending growth opportunities.
In short, no. We use the same premium theme for all of our designs due to its versatility and security. We know it’s built incredibly well and not all themes are as reliable. We also include a premium page builder that helps keep the design modern, clean, and easy to maintain.
Each site looks completely different as the theme includes endless options.
A logo is a pretty important piece of any brand/business.
We do not include logo design in the main package, however, we can absolutely get one designed for you at a cost of $1,697.00+HST.
You will actually receive 3-5 options and we will rework them 2-3 times to make the final one!
Note: this payment will be added to your setup fee.
While we do not include full copywriting in the main package in order to keep the costs down, we DO a “tweak and edit” on all of your content.
That means we will check that your headings are strongly worded, your content has no spelling errors, and that your messaging overall sounds professional.
We also provide you with a very helpful guide (and SO easy to complete) to develop your content for all areas of your site (we customize it based on our first conversation about your needs).
Even if you don’t think you have a clue how to write good content – you will be a content writing star with our guide!
However, if you would rather we do it, we do offer this option at a starting price of $2,997.00+HST. Depending on your goals and needs, that price could change, and will be included in your final proposal.
Note: this payment will be added to your setup fee. If it is more than $5,000, we will break it into 3 payments over 3 months.
No. That’s not what we do here. At Brand In A Snap we design your gorgeous website in 2 weeks and for 1 year we will maintain the back-end, make sure everything is up-to-date, send weekly visitor stats, pull a full back-up of your site, host it on a premium web host provider, and complete all security updates.
We also share our online training library with you that includes how to make basic changes to your site or add content any time you wish.
However, if you are looking for a larger update and are unsure how to proceed. We’ll be happy to offer some options at an additional fee.
We do not hold you hostage! This is when your designer controls the website and changes can only be made THEY are ready. This can be costly as you generally pay them to make changes!
With our online video training library available to you, you’ll know how and be able to make basic changes and edits to your site all by yourself!
And, after the first 12 months, you will be able to make any change you want cause it will be all yours!
For sure! We create 1 email campaign that will send your RSS feed (your blog posts) to your opt-ed in email list every week.
We add a gorgeous form to your site where people can sign up for this.
If needed, we can setup your Mailchimp, Aweber, or Constant Contact account.
We also offer an option to design you a 1-3 page download (great for attracting more emails). Just let us know on our first call and we will include this in our final proposal.
Those are much bigger projects than what we offer at Brand In A Snap.

At SparkologyLab (our mother company), we offer massive website projects that can cost upwards of $20,000-$60,000.
Here, at Brand In A Snap, we offer a simpler option, much like buying a new car – you submit a down payment to get access to the car, but it is still owned by the dealership. Then, you make monthly payments to pay off the car. Once you have completed all of the financing payments, YOU own the car!
At Brand In A Snap, you submit a $1,475.00+HST down payment, and then you pay $197.00+HST per month for the next 12 months. After the 12th month YOU own your website!
Stay with us after the first 12 months and continue to receive everything in the Monthly Maintenance package for $62.50+HST per month.
We accept major credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) via Stripe as well as bank e-transfers.
The first $1,475.00+HST is due within 24-hours of signing the agreement. The 12 monthly payments are setup as auto payments and will be processed on the 1st day of every month.
No worries, if your payment does not go through, you will be alerted immediately and will be given 10-days to update the payment.
After 10-days we will move your site into “maintenance” mode until the payment is received.
We will not delete your site completely unless 3 consistent payments have been missed.
